Wings extended, water splashing, reeds bending behind him. The dark background allows the rich greens, warm chestnut tones, and flashes of gold to stand out with striking contrast.
The gold rim frames the artwork with a classic lodge finish, giving the piece depth and presence. This plate is the second issue in the On The Wing collection and was crafted in fine porcelain under the hallmark of W. S. George. Production was strictly limited to a maximum of 150 firing days, making it a true collector piece.
